Chris Hooper

About Me

After graduating with a degree in History & Criminology I fell into the IT world via a training programme at an international IT services academy.
Fast forward to 2025 and I've been at Chevin for 6 years, in a variety of roles, but recently became a Product Manager, which means I can finally attend one of the user conferences!

What I love about product management is getting to know users, understanding their problems and how the solutions we deliver have a positive impact on their daily operations.
This drives a passion to keep innovating and continually improve Chevin's product offerings.

Interests

I'm quite an active person, and when I'm not out walking with my cocker spaniel, Jasper, you'll either find me chasing shadows on the football pitch, attempting to lift weights in the gym or running up a hill in Derbyshire.
Football is one of my big passions, and I'm an avid Liverpool fan (YNWA!).

I also love to travel, and while I've slowed down in my 30's, I manage to visit over 50 countries in my 20's, including stints living in Australia and New Zealand.
Most importantly now, I love spending time with my family, especially my two-year-old daughter, who keeps me laughing and constantly on the move.
