Born in Liverpool, nomadic and colourful childhood in an army family, happily married to a passionate environmentalist / nutritional therapist and with a wonderful teenage son who is currently navigating his GCSEs. Career spanning multi-nationals, start-ups and SMEs across multiple sectors from FMCG to hospitality and software.
Passionate about developing and executing strategies which empower talent and leverage innovation to drive sustainable improvements in experience and value, creating great businesses to work for and with.
