After leaving university, I entered into the field of Customer Support, starting my career working for a company providing financial software to it's customers. Some 25 years later my passion for the customer and experience of leading and continuously improving support teams, brings me to Chevin.
My role here is to provide strategic leadership to our Support team, helping them to develop and shaping the future of how we support our customers. I am keen to see the support team exceeding our customer expectations when they engage with us.
Prior to working for Chevin, I held Head of Customer Support and Operations roles, and I was previously Director of Global Customer Support at Certinia, a leading Salesforce partner.
Interests
I am based in Leeds, West Yorkshire where I am the father of two boys (14 and 12), so when I am not playing taxi driver or refereeing between the two boys, I can be found coaching my eldest son's football team, playing football (although I am now resorting to walking football on account of previous injuries catching up with me), out walking or with my head in a good book.
